Please do not keep us a secret and instead recommend our services to your network of friends and family. Your referral is highly appreciated and for every successful referral we will not only say thank you but also reward you as follows:

• $250-$500 depending on loan size for every client you directly refer to us and we end up getting them finance approval.
• $1,000 for every successful client you directly refer to us for a house & land construction package loan and we end up assisting them with finance approval and building contracts.
• $250 extra as a bonus incentive for every forth successful referral within 4 months from the first referral – all 4 client’s loans must get approved & settled.
• $50 for every car or personal loan referral you give us
• $50-$100 depending on loan size for every business loan referral you give us.
• We can help with or without Tax Returns or defaults for businesses or individuals. For established property purchase we may be able to help with small defaults or bankruptcy discharged within 3-6 months.
